Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' history of substance abuse and associated mental health challenges. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that target both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, incorporating evidence-based practices. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions to help clients develop coping strategies, enhance personal insights, and foster recovery skills. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and peer support specialists, to ensure continuity and integration of care. \n
- Provide psychoeducation to families, enhancing their involvement in the recovery process and equipping them with tools to support their loved ones. \n
- Maintain rigorous documentation and record-keeping practices in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Many clients may also face underlying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related symptoms, which require sensitive and competent clinical approaches. Your work will be pivotal in creating safe spaces for them to explore their challenges and strengths.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
