MLR Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to join a dynamic team and contribute to our client's mission of delivering top-notch patient care through advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures near Rockford Illinois.
Key Responsibilities for a Cath Lab Tech:
- Conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort are top priorities during all procedures.
- Accurately maintaining patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Working closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Staying informed about the latest developments in cardiovascular imaging and interventional techniques.
- This version aims to further enhance clarity and readability while keeping the focus on key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Valid state license to practice in Illinois
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization lab is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety
