Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat while providing professional and timely support.
• Assist customers with product or service information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and communications.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate email, chat, and customer management systems.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting team goals.
