What You'll Do

• Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound, well-structured reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models think through complex scientific problems

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or research benchmarking
• Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
