• 2+ years of experience in general dentistry
• Confident in extractions, endodontics, implant placement, restorative and cosmetic procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Structure: $900/day guarantee for the first 5 months, then transition to 32‑34% of net collections depending on experience
