Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs!

Shifts:

Full-time 6am-2pm with a weekend rotation

Full-time, 2pm-10pm with a weekend rotation

Full-time, 10pm-6am with a weekend rotation

Part-time, 2pm-10pm with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation

Part-time, 10pm-6am with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation

We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
