About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of People & Talent to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. This senior leadership position is focused on strengthening the care and development of the company's people in line with a strong organizational culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team, supporting the development of an integrated talent model, and promoting a proactive talent strategy. Key responsibilities include strengthening succession and leadership pipelines, advancing performance and accountability, and ensuring excellence in core talent processes. The role also involves team leadership and development, as well as the innovation and improvement of HR and talent systems. The ideal candidate for the Head of People & Talent role at the company will have substantial experience in leading talent and people work within a global organization. They should possess a strong background in talent management, performance, succession, and leadership development, as well as global workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in change management, global and cross-cultural dexterity, and the ability to operate effectively across different cultural and institutional contexts. A high level of emotional intelligence, analytical strength, and a genuine passion for the company's mission are essential. The candidate should be adept at serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, with the ability to anticipate and address team, culture, and performance issues.
