They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and earn trust the right way. Specifically Real in‑home sales experience. Solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, turf, termite or pest, plumbing, or similar. If you’ve sold high‑ticket products inside a homeowner’s living room, you know what we mean. A patient, customer‑first approach. We’re not hiring people who turn and burn through calls. We want pros who slow down, build trust, and treat every customer like family. Plumbing experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is how you carry yourself in someone’s home. Coachable and humble. Our top performers got there by being open to feedback. If you already know everything, this isn’t your shop. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR. You’re driving our truck. Background check and drug screening required. Standard part of joining the team.
