Automotive Production Associate

We are seeking motivated and dependable Automotive Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Dexter, MO . This position supports the production and assembly of automotive components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or automotive production experience who are looking to grow within a stable production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive components and parts according to production specifications
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling duties
• Maintain production goals and meet daily output requirements
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, automotive, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime when required
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive movements using hands and arms
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
