A typical shift includes:
- Cashiering and other register duties
- Selling products and assisting customers with their product needs
- Discussing Mounds brands and benefits with customers
- Discussing current promotions and featured products with customers
- Replenishing and rotating stock as directed by the manager on duty
- Fronting and tidying merchandise
- Attending to damaged product per policy
- Ensuring the store is neat, clean, and organized throughout the day
- Other duties as assigned by manager on duty
Qualifications:
Part-Time applicants must work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Availability to work shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm and a Saturday or Sunday shift every other weekend is required
Full-Time applicants must work a minimum of 38 hours per week. Availability to work shifts Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm and a Saturday or Sunday shift every other weekend is required.
- Ability to follow instructions working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently to shoulder height and reach above eye level (Between 1/3 and 2/3 of shift)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders (Between 1/3 and 2/3 of shift)
- Ability to use pallet jacks and other equipment to move product weighing up to 2000 lbs. (Between 1/3 and 2/3 of shift)
- Cash handling and experience in point-of-sale systems required
