Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) RN position in the area. This role involves providing direct patient care in a telemetry unit, with responsibilities tailored to support patient health and safety. The role requires delivering care during day shifts and may include floating to similar units as needed. Job Details Certifications: MA RN License & BLS (ARC or AHA) required. Must have Meditech experience. Educational Requirements: Valid RN license as specified. Experience: Three years of prior medical surgical and telemetry experience required. Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday. Responsibilities: Providing care to medical surgical patients with telemetry monitoring. Telemetry experience preferred. Additional Information: Floating to similar units possible. Telemetry test will be given on the first day of orientation.
