Inventory Coordinator

Cretex Medical is a leading contract manufacturer of precision components and assemblies for the medical device industry. Our customers view us as a trusted partner in the areas of injection molding, laser processing, metal stamping and device assembly.

Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels. In addition this role will track inventory movements, conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily cycle counts.
2. Cycle count verification activities and inventory reconciliation.
3. Identify and segregate material as identified by Quality Documentation and adherence to FDA, GMP, ISO, and OSHA regulations.
4. Perform inventory staging and movement.
5. Interact with Production to investigate inventory discrepancies.
6. Maintains work area in a neat, clean, organized, and secure condition.
7. Responsible for maintaining an awareness of workplace safety and relevant training.
8. Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
9. Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
10. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of inventory and materials handling experience.
• Must be able to read, understand, speak and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of FIFO, traceability, etc.
• Forklift certified (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to work independently.
• Research and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Lean training a plus.

Pay Range

USD $20.38 - USD $24.95 /Hr.

All Employees:

20+hours:

30+ hours:
