Direct Care Staff are responsible for assisting with providing individual and group counseling, skills training, therapeutic interventions, and monitoring and managing the Agency's youth's behavior to provide a safe, structured living environment conducive to treatment.

• Provide transportation to work, doctor appointments, and activities

• Must be able to demonstrate compassion and professionalism
• Maintain composure during high-stress situations
• Staff are a valuable part of our team and assist each youth towards success during their stay.
• We support youth with daily activities such as personal hygiene, clothing choices, diet, etc.

Contribute to instrumental activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and medication management.
