Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Assembler – 18‑month contract to hire opportunity located in Santa Clara, California. Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour Shift: 8–5 (8‑hour day shift) Top Skills You Should Possess Solid interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to quickly adapt to change Responsibilities The assembler will be responsible for assembling electromechanical prototype products in an engineering lab environment. The candidate will be required to collaborate with project stakeholders regularly to understand daily tasks in a fast‑paced engineering environment. Follow verbal and written process steps for assembling prototype products. Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop best assembly practices. Propose improvements to reduce product cost and assembly time. Redline assembly procedures and Bills of Materials based on findings. Assist Manufacturing Engineers with developing work cells.
