Job Title: Advanced Robotics & Automation Engineer (Inplant)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Overall Experience Required: 15+ Years
• Relevant Experience: 8 - 12 Years
• Possess good knowledge on advanced Technologies like Robots/Cobots, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), AGV / Vision System etc.
• Ability to understand the functional architecture of AMR system Hands on experience in application engineering as well as development and deployment of AGVS/AMRS/Cobots / Vision Systems at site
• Experience in uses cases like Auto-Part loading, Autonomous Bin Picking, fastening, palletizing, sorting etc.
• Hands-on in Offline Programming (OLP) with Robotics Simulation Tools 6. Knowledge on Advanced Robotics Technologies like Haptics, Teleoperation, Human-Robot Collaboration, Voice Commanding of Robots, Exoskeletons, Robotic Operating System etc
• Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement.
• Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Controls Engineering / Plant IT Systems Knowledge - Applies the application of controls hardware and software by specifying, reviewing, and approving company-owned and/or supplier designs for new or upgrades to existing equipment to interface with all levels of manufacturing systems.
• Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances. 11. Equipment/Capital Procurement - Selects appropriate Robot equipment &
• associated systems (like Conveyor, Sensors, PLC, HMI etc.) which meets the Customer manufacturing specifications and meets the project or program needs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 15+ Yrs overall
• Process Development Play a key role in the development and optimization of process/product flows, value stream mapping, and introduction of automated systems (AGVs, Conveyors, etc.).
• Documentation: Create standard operating procedures, maintenance strategies, PFMEA documents, change controls, and other documents critical to project delivery.
• In addition to that, experience in the following aspects will be a added advantage Work directly with end-user Customer in Manufacturing Plant
• Coordinate with Customer & TCS offshore team for the planning to execution of multiple AMR programs in the site.
• Work closely with identified OEM suppliers based out of US, Europe & India for the supply of AMR & associated systems like conveyors, sensors, alarm systems, Fleet Managing software etc.
• Track the overall project status.
• To identify & propose the modifications / changes required in the existing line to adopt the AMR technology in the plant.
