Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for a contract/temporary opportunity in El Segundo, CA. This role supports a Property Management team with day-to-day administrative operations, tenant communications, work order coordination, invoice processing, lease documentation, vendor records, and reporting support. This is a temporary role until the end of October. The Property Administrator is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a professional real estate and property management environment where organization, customer service, teamwork, and follow-through are highly valued. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to smooth property operations while working closely with property managers, vendors, tenants, and internal teams in a collaborative office setting. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, phone coverage, and office coordination.- Coordinate tenant communications, service requests, and work order tracking to help ensure timely issue resolution.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and tenant bill-back invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain lease files, contracts, insurance certificates, vendor documentation, and contract administration records.
- Assist with vendor bidding, service contracts, compliance documentation, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budget preparation, and property meter readings.
- Maintain office supplies and support smooth daily office operations. Compensation and Benefits - Job Type: Contract/Temporary.

- Salary Range: $30 to $33 per year. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support property management operations through administrative coordination, documentation, and tenant service support.- Manage work orders, tenant requests, vendor records, invoices, purchase orders, and property-related files.
- Assist with reporting, budget preparation, contract administration, and compliance documentation. - 1 to 2 years of related administrative, customer service, real estate, or property management support experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-focused approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving ability. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, commercial property management, tenant services, or vendor coordination is preferred.
- Experience supporting invoices, purchase orders, lease files, contracts, insurance certificates, or property management documentation is a plus.
