Medical Assistant - Medical Assistant

Schedule

8 hours between 0600-1800, no weekend requirements.

Assignment Details

Floating requirements as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting, with at least 1 year in OBGYN.
• Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Flu vaccination required (no declinations/exemptions).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with blood/lab draws and venipuncture.
• A secondary OBGYN questionnaire is required and will be sent at the time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support healthcare operations.
• Manage patient flow and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with standardized clinical protocols and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with administrative duties as needed.
