Role Description The Operational Specialist role at WindowStill is a full-time, on-site position based in Eaton Rapids, MI. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, including scheduling photography and video appointments, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of services to clients. The Operational Specialist will monitor workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and consistency in service delivery. This position will communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to confirm details, resolve issues, and support a smooth client experience. The role may also include supporting sales operations, maintaining records and reporting, and assisting with implementation of new tools, systems, and operational procedures. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams and external clients. Experience or aptitude in sales support, such as coordinating with sales teams, managing client information, and assisting with proposals or follow-ups. Operations management skills, including workflow coordination, resource allocation, and maintaining consistent service quality. Project management capabilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, prioritize competing demands, and ensure on-time delivery. Proficiency with office and collaboration software (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling tools, CRM or project management platforms). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a service-oriented environment is preferred; experience in real estate, photography, or related fields is a plus.
