We are now accepting applications for a Branch Relationship Banker to join the teamlocatedat our Flamingo / Sandhill branch in Las Vegas, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Essential Functions: Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service. Duties may include new accounts, consumer loans, and performing client services issues. Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resource. Be responsible formakingappropriate referralsfor other bank products and services, including commercial lending products. Follow up with clients as needed. If needed, be responsibleto performcash transactions,openorupdateaccounts,originateandcloseconsumer or small business loans. Be responsibleto resolvecustomer service issues. Establish,expandandmaintaina strong customer relationship by providingextensive, personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years' experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Previousexperience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred. Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions. Strong knowledge of all retail products and services. Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications. Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective selling, cross-sellingand referral skills. Strong mathematical, problem-solvingand negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
