Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in inpatient and home health settings
• Experience with EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F with rotating weekend coverage on Saturday
• Home health visits use a provided vehicle

Location Highlights
