Entry-Level Pharmacist - Closed Door Pharmacy

Oxford Solutions is hiring multiple Entry-Level Pharmacists for direct hire opportunities with a growing closed-door pharmacy operation in Robinson Township, PA. Recent pharmacy graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior pharmacist experience is required. Schedule: Full-time, salaried Monday-Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Onsite in Robinson Township, PA or Chesterfield, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily prescription processing and pharmacy workflow
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
• Review pharmacy data entry and technician work for accuracy
• Assist with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions
• Help ensure prescription transfers are completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper handling of protected health information
• Work closely with pharmacy leadership and team members to support efficient daily operations
• Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing is required
• 0-3 years of experience
• Recent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists are encouraged to apply
• Experience in a closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
