10+ years SAP experience with 3+ years on S/4HANA Service 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations leading Service scopes. Deep functional expertise in: S/4HANA Service: service contracts, service orders, in-house repair, confirmations, logistics integration, and billing. Warranty management: customer/vendor warranty, claims processing, entitlement checks, recovery processes. Serialization/equipment: serial number management, equipment master, install base/device history. SD core: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit/returns. Proven cross-module integration with MM, LE, and FI/CO; exposure to PP/PM a plus. Hands-on with Fiori apps for Service/SD, output management, and pricing in S/4HANA.
