Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process to ensure patient safety and well-being. The nurse will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC); one (1) year of nursing experience.
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience.
• Clinical Skills: PATIENT ASSESSMENT, CARE PLANNING, POINT OF CARE TESTING, NURSING, PATIENT CARE
• Additional Skills: INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION, HEALTHCARE STANDARDS COMPLIANCE, DISCHARGE PLANNING, PATIENT EDUCATION, SAFETY MANAGEMENT, COMPLEX PROBLEM-SOLVING
• Certifications & Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS certification.
