Position Overview

We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our cutting-edge imaging team, where exceptional care is our priority. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations, from abdominal to obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures, providing clear explanations infused with empathy
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to produce diagnostic images of the highest quality
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment diligently, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest advances in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Skills Needed

• Strong technical skills in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
