\n HealthPlus Staffing is seeking for a Long Time Care Medical Director to join a growing Medical Group in Decatur IN (Just 30 minutes south of Fort Wayne). \n

• Will serve as  Medical Director for 4 Long Term Care Facilities and 4 Assisted Living Facilities in the Fort Wayne Area and serve as the Supervising Physician for 5 Geriatric Focused Nurse Practitioners to assist in Providing Regulatory Rounds and Acute Visits.
\n
• Schedule is variable, but 40 hours per week.
\n
• About 10 PPD
\n
• Would prefer experience with Post Acute Care
\n
• Looking ASAP 
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• BC, or have the intent on being BC
\n
• No J1 or H1, loan reimbursement negotiable
\n
