About the Role
We're looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in building, managing, and growing client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who excels at understanding client needs, delivering strategic value, and serving as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships — Become the go-to partner your clients rely on
- Grow accounts strategically — Focus on long-term partnerships, not just transactions
- Be a trusted advisor — Have conversations that help clients see how technology investments solve their short-term challenges and support long-term success
- Navigate difficult conversations — Pick up the phone when it matters most; don't shy away from tough calls
- Collaborate with internal teams — Work closely with technical experts to ensure exceptional service
- Support project coordination, proposals, and client documentation
- Advocate for clients — Fight for their best interests while representing Firefly's commitment to excellence
