A senior sales leadership opportunity focused on driving new business growth within complex, enterprise environments. This role is responsible for building executive-level relationships, leading end-to-end sales cycles, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs. Ideal candidates bring strong experience working with healthcare payers and thrive in high-performance, target-driven settings. Vice President Solutions Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, digital platforms) to engage senior decision-makers at target organizations Own the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal close, with annual revenue targets in the $6M–$10M range Build and maintain a robust pipeline across a defined territory, consistently securing new client engagements Partner with internal stakeholders to design customized solutions spanning consulting, outsourcing, and advanced technology offerings Lead the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and statements of work tailored to client objectives Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand market presence and professional networks Vice President Solutions Requirements: Demonstrated experience selling into healthcare payer organizations (required) Proven success managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles with executive stakeholders Strong ability to develop strategic proposals, pricing approaches, and negotiate multi-layered agreements Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills Vice President Solutions Benefits: Competitive executive-level compensation with performance-based incentives Opportunity to influence growth strategy and expand a high-impact client portfolio Collaborative, cross-functional work environment with strong internal partnership Exposure to innovative solutions, including advanced analytics and AI-driven offerings Professional visibility through industry events and executive-level client engagement Flexible work environment with regional focus in the Northwestern U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
