Senior .NET Lead Developer (Auto Finance)

Job Summary (List Format) for Senior .NET Lead Developer (Auto Finance):
- Lead the development and support of enterprise-level .NET applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore/distributed development teams.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Review code to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; mentor junior developers.
- Manage API integrations, including REST and SOAP web services.
- Oversee database development and optimization using SQL Server.
- Ensure implementation of CI/CD processes and best practices.
- Maintain and create technical documentation for ongoing projects and enhancements.
- Preferably, contribute expertise in AWS, Salesforce integration, WCF, SOA, and Auto Finance or related financial domains.
