Our metrics tie directly to the customer and the business.Your background:5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.2+ years of experience managing other engineering managers or leading teams of senior/principal engineers.Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably a Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience).Strong foundational background in distributed systems, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), or developer tooling.Experience with applied AI/ML systems, LLMs, AI agents, MCP tooling, RAG, or AI evaluation frameworks.Demonstrated experience partnering with product managers, TPMs, and designers to shape product and platform strategy. Pay Ranges In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
