Customer Service Representatives (Onsite - Albuquerque, NM)

Join a well-known utility company supporting customers across New Mexico in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll handle inbound calls, email, and chat to assist with billing, payments, and service requests-making a real impact by helping customers during important situations.

$18.00hr. (contract-to-hire)

Monday-Friday, rotating shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Onsite - Downtown Albuquerque

This role is ideal for candidates with call center experience who can handle high call volume, de-escalate conversations, and multitask across systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
