People First: Build meaningful connections with residents while supporting their nutritional health and well-being Competitive Pay: $27.00/hr + credit for experience Schedule: This is a part‑time position working 10 hours per week, Monday–Friday (no weekends or remote work) Work-Life Balance : No holiday or weekend requirements Supportive Team: Collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do: Assess and monitor residents’ nutritional status and dietary needs Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans Ensure compliance with physician orders and established dietary guidelines Manage therapeutic diets and necessary modifications Evaluate potential food and medication interactions Document nutritional assessments, progress notes, and care plans Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and staff Collaborate with healthcare team members to support optimal resident outcomes Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field required Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration is required State certification/licensure required Experience in a long-term care environment and geriatric nutrition preferred Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Must be at least 21 years of age We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
