MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Our metals manufacturing client located in Morrisville, PA is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their team! Hours run 7PM - 7AM rotational 2-2-3 schedule. Pay rate $35-40/hr based on experience. The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge performing electrical and mechanical torubleshooting on heavy industrial machinery

Responsibilities

Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
Execute machinist tasks and responsibilities.
Apply basic to advanced mechanical skills, including construction, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, utility, fabrication, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, troubleshooting, and repair.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Perform advanced maintenance and carpentry functions.
Utilize various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Identify faulty operations, defective materials, and report any unusual situations to supervision.
Adhere to company and OSHA safety and health regulations, maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience. 5+ years of manufacturing experience with mechanical, industrial, PLC, and HVAC skills.
Ability to generate creative solutions and use feedback to modify designs or projects.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

The essential functions of this role include:
