Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your expertise to develop personalized psychosocial diagnoses for a diverse range of patients while considering their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Collaboratively create and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on each patient’s specific requirements, goals, and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate effective behavioral changes and improve patient outcomes.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists at Walmart Health & Wellness and primary care providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Document therapy progress meticulously using electronic health record systems, conducting regular assessments to evaluate patient progress towards established treatment goals.

• Assist with the management of prescribed psychiatric medications, tracking adherence, side effects, and overall therapeutic efficacy, while providing education and encouragement to patients.

This role involves working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, and with different mental health needs. Qualifications\n
