With its relaxed Southern California atmosphere and convenient location near Manhattan Beach, the South Bay, and Los Angeles attractions, The Belamar offers a welcoming home base for both leisure and business travelers.The RoleAs a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll help keep the entire hotel clean, cared for, and running smoothly. From public spaces and outdoor areas to laundry and guestroom support, you'll be a hands-on member of the Housekeeping team who isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.You will:Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel grounds, public areas, and common spacesRemove trash and cigarette butts from hotel grounds and keep outdoor areas looking their bestClean lobbies, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, and other high-traffic areasClean exterior windows, guestroom doors, sliding glass doors, and other assigned areasMaintain pool furniture, ice and vending machines, public benches, exterior light fixtures, sand urns, and dumpster areasRun laundry and assist with distributing or handling linens as neededEmpty Housekeeping trash and support Room Attendants with daily housekeeping needsShampoo carpets and turn mattresses as assignedReport maintenance concerns, damage, and missing or found items to the Housekeeping SupervisorAssist the Maintenance team with basic repairs, including minor plumbing and carpentry tasksSafely use approved cleaning products and equipmentCommunicate professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team membersSupport other departments and hotel team members wherever neededHelp maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the propertyWhat Success Looks LikeSuccess means the hotel feels clean, cared for, and welcoming from the moment guests arrive.
