A leading affordable housing firm is seeking an Area Vice President of Asset Management to enhance the long-term value and performance of a portfolio of affordable housing communities. Responsibilities include overseeing financial and regulatory performance across the asset lifecycle, implementing asset management strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in affordable housing, strong financial modeling and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
