Physical Therapist - Outpatient and Inpatient Coverage
Location: Grangeville, ID & Kooskia, ID
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Day 4x10-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with rotating weekends (less than once per month).
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a mixed role covering both outpatient and inpatient services. The position involves a patient load primarily consisting of general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, workers' compensation, and trauma cases across all ages, typical of a rural clinic setting. Certified therapists may perform some wound care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid State License (required at time of submission).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in physical therapy.
- References required from the last 2 years in specialty.
