Summary Our firm is looking for customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people and dedicated to providing a first-class customer experience. It is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients. The Compliance Department is open Monday- Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours. This position will be $18.00/hour and after 90 days of employment you will receive a $250 sign-on bonus! Responsibilities Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls. Gather medical treatment documentation. File review and analysis identifying actionable tasks to build medical documentation. Communicate with medical providers to confirm and/or follow up on client treatment. Communicate with existing clients to gather treatment details. Enter information in the applicable system/software with accuracy. Compose email correspondence to providers, and legal staff. Work with leadership and other team members to deliver high quality service and great working environment. Qualification High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities. Able to multitask and learn quickly. Must thrive in a team environment. Reliable and dependable. Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills. Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications. Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior medical or case management experience (preferred not required).
