Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with orders; document responses and notify supervising clinician of any adverse effects.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, health status, and changes in condition; report significant findings promptly.
- Provide nursing care for activities of daily living (ADLs), basic wound care, and routine procedures as trained.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update the individualized care plan; participate in care planning discussions.
- Ensure infection control, safety, privacy, and accuracy in documentation; maintain resident confidentiality.
- Respond to resident needs and call bells promptly; escalate concerns per facility policy and nursing protocol.

Requirements
- Active NC LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of geriatric/LTC LPN experience
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting (8-hour shifts)
- Current ability to work in the United States
