Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking an experienced Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney (A&E/CD) for its New York City office . The Opportunity Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases. Preferably candidates for this position will have a proven trial track record, and experience at the state and federal level. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support. We are extremely proud of our sophisticated A&E/CD practice, and our attorneys' abilities not only to try cases, but leverage their experience and reputation to achieve excellent results and reach creative resolutions for our clients and their insurers. The A&E/CD practice group is teamwork based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth. Salary Range $130,000 - $200,000 which is negotiable dependent on experience level and portable business. The posted salary range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
