Responsibilities • Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information • Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents • Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication • Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach • Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements • Previous leasing experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Comfortable using basic computer and property management software • Reliable, punctual, and team - oriented #ZIPC
