Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the symptoms, severity, and impact of their mood disorders and behavioral challenges.

• Develop individualized and culturally competent treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients’ specific needs and preferences.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time feedback and recovery trajectories.

• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay current on the latest research and advancements in mental health and therapy to refine treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical guidelines, and clinic policies.

Qualifications\n
