Plan and develop nutritious menus that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations for dietary personnel. Conduct regular inspections of food preparation and service areas for quality assurance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and address residents' nutritional needs. Maintain accurate records of dietary services, including inventory and meal counts. Implement and monitor food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience. Engage with residents and families to enhance their dining experience and satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role in a healthcare setting. Certification in dietary management or related field. Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and residents. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
