LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Maplewood Brewster LLC is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and care staff. You’ll support resident well-being through health education, monitoring changes in condition, and promoting safety.
