Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Activities Aide Shift schedule: 12pm-8pm About the Role: As an Activities Aide at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by developing and implementing engaging activities, programs, and events. With a focus on adults with diverse needs, you will work closely with our activities team to create a stimulating environment that fosters socialization, independence, and overall well-being. Activities Aide Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily activities, including crafts, games, outings, and entertainment programs, to cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents Assist with daily living activities, such as mealtime assistance, grooming, and mobility assistance, as needed Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and participation Collaborate with the activities team to develop and implement new programs, ensuring they align with our residents' preferences and needs Promote a positive and respectful environment, encouraging socialization and community building among residents Activities Aide Requirements: Prior experience in activities, recreation, or a related field preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Full-time schedule with opportunities for professional growth Dynamic and supportive work environment with a dedicated team #J-18808-Ljbffr
