What a day at EXP has in store for you Lead electrical Revit design efforts from concept through construction Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance Partner with project managers to deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors in meetings and on‑site Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy Solve complex design challenges and contribute innovative ideas Present technical solutions and build strong client relationships What Your Experience Looks Like 7+ years of electrical design experience in building systems Engineering Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent) Proficiency in Revit MEP PE license (preferred) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Benefits In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full‑time employees, including health insurance, vacation time, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
