Working Title Chick-fil-A Shift Lead Department Housing: Chick-fil-A-12426 Description Of Work Serve as a member of the management team by providing leadership, direction and supervision to Team Members during their shift and ensuring a high - quality experience for guests. Provide day-to-day operational leadership: By delegating shift duty assignments to staff/students Oversee front end and back of restaurant operations Ensure products and ingredients are stocked and available based on forecasting Training new team members Ensure presentation, quality, and food standards are met Provide excellent customer service to all guest through front end and back-end operations which may include: Greeting all guests in a friendly manner and addressing guest concerns Accurately entering orders into the POS system and cashier duties Food preparation and monitoring food quality and safety Front end and kitchen stocking Ingredient preparation Inventory, dish machine operation, cleaning duties, opening, and closing procedures A job as a shift lead is more than just a job.
