Warehouse Attendant

We here at the Gustave A Larson Company are looking for our next team member to join us as a Warehouse Attendant. What qualities are we looking for? We are an HVAC/R wholesale distributor throughout the Midwest and the Mountain States. Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Must be willing to work past scheduled end time when needed to ensure daily tasks and shipping requirements are completed based on workload and volume.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders and branch transfers
• Receive purchase orders and inbound transfers
• Unload incoming trucks safely and efficiently
• Put inventory away in designated warehouse locations
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Help ensure all outbound shipments are completed accurately and on time
• Work closely with warehouse leadership and team members to support daily operations

Requirements

• Previous RF scanner experience required
• Experience operating the following equipment preferred:
  • Stock Picker
  • Stand-Up Forklift
  • Sit-Down Forklift
  • Reach Truck
  • Clamp Truck
• Ability to lift products throughout the day, including items weighing 50 lbs. or more
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or industrial distribution preferred
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse systems is a plus
