Presentation Project Manager (2nd Shift 12:30PM to 9:30 PM) Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Friday) Schedule: Second Shift Direct Hire, Salary: $68,000 About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented PowerPoint Presentation Project Manager to support a high-volume presentation production team. In this role, you'll oversee the intake, prioritization, and delivery of fast-turnaround PowerPoint presentation requests while serving as the primary communication point between clients and a global production team. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while ensuring exceptional client service and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of PowerPoint presentation requests throughout each shift. Coordinate approximately 20–23 projects per hour, ensuring projects are prioritized based on urgency and deadlines. Communicate project updates, timelines, and any challenges to clients through email and verbal communication. Partner closely with an offshore production team responsible for creating presentation materials. Work collaboratively with another Presentation Project Manager to provide seamless client support across shifts. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve scheduling or workflow challenges. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations within tight turnaround times, often within 2–3 hours. Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation using ServiceNow. Learn and utilize Macabacus, a productivity and presentation automation platform for Microsoft Office. Qualifications Previous project management or workflow coordination experience in a fast-paced production, creative or presentation services environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous concurrent projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and remain composed under pressure. Experience working with project management platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required. What We're Looking For Highly organized and process-oriented. Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
