Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical-Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Strong time management skills - Experience in med-surg and telemetry monitoring Description: This position involves providing nursing care in a general medical-surgical unit. The unit has a total of 36 beds with a mix of registered nurses and patient care technicians. Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:6. The role includes managing non-titratable drips and performing general med-surg procedures. Floating to all acute care areas such as medical-surgical, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neurology, and orthopedics is expected. Royal blue scrubs are required for this position. Weekends will be required, with four weekend shifts scheduled over a four-week period.
