Financial Solutions Advisor - Forth Worth Area

Job Overview This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, building financial plans and recommending brokerage products while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Triage client leads and refer them to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, and build detailed financial plans. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client objectives. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities, incorporating regulatory due diligence. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or client center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product opportunities. Required Qualifications Currently holds Series7 and Series66 licenses (Series63/65 may be used in lieu of Series66 with a passing score within 60 days). At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, build and nurture relationships, collaborate, communicate effectively, and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Qualifications At least three years of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals. Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Insurance licenses. Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
